1. Nature of the Service

DesiRank is an open, live, pay-to-rank digital billboard showcasing startups, products, and builders across India. Placements are determined dynamically in an open continuous ascending ranking model.

2. Outbidding & Rank Retention

• Rank Is Not Permanent: Paying to claim a rank places your listing at that specific position immediately. However, any subsequent participant may outbid your position by paying a higher amount.
• Continuous Displacement: When outbid, your listing does not disappear; it slides down to the next corresponding rank based on total contribution.
• Delta Outbidding: If you are already listed, you only pay the incremental delta (difference) between your current total amount and the new target amount.

3. Content Guidelines & Prohibited Listings

The following categories of content are strictly prohibited and will be removed immediately without refund:

• Gambling, betting, adult content, illicit drugs, or illegal schemes.
• Phishing links, malware distribution, or fraudulent impersonation of genuine companies.
• Defamatory, hateful, or abusive content targeting individuals or organizations.

4. Finality & Non-Refundability

All placement bids, rank upgrades, and community boosts are digital marketing services delivered instantly upon payment confirmation. All transactions are 100% final and non-refundable. Please review our Refund Policy for complete details.
