Clear terms regarding digital placement fulfillment and refund requests
1. Instant Digital Service Delivery
DesiRank is an automated digital leaderboard service. Upon successful payment verification through Razorpay, your startup is placed onto the live billboard within milliseconds and begins receiving public impressions and verified referral clicks immediately.
2. Strictly Non-Refundable Policy
Because the ranking position and digital exposure are delivered immediately upon transaction completion:
- Outbidding Does Not Warrant a Refund: Being outbid by another founder is the fundamental mechanic of the platform. When outbid, your listing remains on the billboard at its next highest rank.
- No Cancellation After Execution: Bids cannot be canceled once the payment has cleared and the rank has been minted.
3. Double Charge or Technical Error Exceptions
If your account was debited twice for the same transaction ID due to a payment gateway timeout or technical failure where your listing was not credited, we will issue a full refund within 5–7 business days back to your original payment method.
